Year 11 Interactive Business Lesson

On Monday 14th March, students in Year 11 took part in an Interactive Business Workshop. The workshop was geared towards preparing students to effectively complete varied levels of written tasks and financial calculations at GCSE level whilst the main focus was benchmarking the context and quality needed to score the maximum score available. Throughout the session, students were seen actively engaging and working in small groups to discuss the topics raised, asking questions and disseminating information to other students.

The online presentations and worksheet booklets were quite effective, and the workshop was actively monitored by staff members which redounded to the success of the session. Students skilfully manipulated the strategies taught in games and writing challenges aimed at helping them to successfully pass their GCSE examinations and develop their overall writing and calculative skills. An enjoyable learning experience it was!
