Parkside Studio College was the first of its kind in the area, providing 13 to 19 learning experiences designed to meet the needs of young people of all abilities, and particularly those who enjoy a ‘hands on‘ practical approach to learning and want a personalised curriculum to suit their specific skills and interests.

The College’s unique approach to learning is based on the Studio School model, providing a learning experience unlike any other. The core subjects are taught alongside vocational pathways in state- of-the-art facilities. This year we are delighted with the levels of progress our students have made. We have attributed their success to their exceptional focus on learning and achievement together with the hard work, commitment and dedication of all teaching and support staff.

By working in partnership with other colleges sponsored by The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust, the curriculum offered to our 13 to 19 year old students is second to none. It is both creative and innovative and allows our students to follow learning pathways according to their aptitudes and interests. This sets solid foundations for students’ future success within further education, apprenticeships or as they embark upon a career path.
