The Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation

The Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation production

On Thursday  3rd  February, The Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation delivered a production to all students to highlight the dangers of the use of drugs. The production outlined the events leading up to the death of Daniel Spargo-Mabbs, who died from multiple organ failure three days after taking the drug MDMA (ecstasy) in Hayes, in 2014.

The facilitators used roleplay to engage students and open forum discussions to give them an opportunity to discuss the devastating effects of drugs, and highlighted the importance of making safer choices as well as avoiding peer pressure.
