The Royal Navy Leadership Workshop

 On Thursday 3rd July, The Royal Navy came in to deliver an interactive leadership workshop that prompted teamwork and collaboration. The students were introduced to the varying roles of the Royal Navy before exploring the exciting apprenticeship opportunities for young people. The second half of the session was interactive, with the students given the task of building a mobile two wheeled cart able to race around an obstacle course. This valuable workshop highlighted the positive impact joining the Royal Navy can make on both career opportunities and continuous skills development.
