Year 11 Hospitality 4/10/21

The Hospitality students have been excelling in both their practical and theory lessons this term. They have been studying The Hospitality and Catering Industry, looking at the various job roles within the industry. Using the knowledge gained in the lessons about the kitchen brigade, they were inspired by this concept and wanted to embrace the responsibilities and role play some of the duties of the different types of chefs learnt about, including a saucier (sauce chef) and Garde Manger (pastry chef).
