Parents praised the excellent communication, the workshops and the facilities at Parkside. Parkside parents do receive extensive information, including the weekly newsletters, letters, positive phone calls, enrichment week events, Twitter and Facebook, all strengthen the home college links.
Celebrations are key to the Parkside ethos and the year 11 celebration assemblies are well attended and fully celebrated in newsletters and on the website. In addition, the College’s Graduation Ceremony is a major event. Parents are always thanked for their participation, all well evidenced.
In addition to the strengths illustrated in the portfolio the College’s principal strength evidenced at the verification is its’ strong pastoral care and focus on the students’ self esteem and well being. Both welcomed by parents.

We warmly invite prospective students and their families to our Open Evening at Parkside Studio College Tuesday 16th September 2025 from 6pm to 8:30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore how we provide young people aged 13 to 19 with a unique, hands-on approach to learning.
